Since 1965, when a young Gary Lewis was named Cashbox magazine’s “Male Vocalist of the Year” (winning the honor over fellow nominees Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra), Gary Lewis & The Playboys have filled concert halls and sold over 45 million records worldwide. The son of world-famous comic Jerry Lewis, Gary Lewis was the first and only artist in the 1960s to have his first seven releases reach Billboard magazine’s Top 10 on the Hot 100 chart. At DCA, Lewis and The Playboys will take audiences on a journey back in time with unforgettable hits like “This Diamond Ring,” “Count Me In,” and “Save Your Heart for Me.”
