Would you like to join our year-round team and help us bring amazing performances to Door County?
DCAʼs OFFICE MANAGER is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations including bookkeeping, scheduling, record keeping, and serving as a ticket agent as needed. Other key responsibilities include updating DCAʼs patron and donor data base, coordinating donor acknowledgments and benefits, management of the playbill campaign, office equipment, and supplies, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
The TECHNICAL DIRECTOR oversees all technical aspects of performances and events held at DCA and will oversee maintenance and technical support for DCAʼs new facility, opening early 2026. The Technical Director oversees artist rider fulfilment, working and managing DCAʼs Mainstage events, hiring and subcontracting outside labor and equipment rental as needed, managing AV inventory, helping with facility management, and serving as a liaison between DCA and Gibraltar Schoolsʼ janitorial staff and calendar coordinator.
